We attempt to ship all orders within 5 days, but due to curing time we may on occasion have to ship in two separate packages....but don't worry, you won't pay double the shipping!

Generally orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.  Other arrangements may be made, as well as local pick up (save shipping!).

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with any products you purchase from us on the first try, but we do understand that sometimes a substitution or return is required to ensure that happens.

 

On bath and shaving products returns are made on an individual basis due concerns about sanitation.

Most products may be returned or substitution made be made within 30 days but please contact us before taking any action.
